Indian River Shores Public Safety is unique in that all its officers are triple-certified as police officers, firefighters, and paramedics or EMTs, and therefore can provide whatever services or security are necessary on a continuing basis. Police officers continuously patrol the roads and simultaneously function as paramedics, which translates to an average medical emergency response time of under four minutes. Indian River Shores Public Safety is dedicated to functioning at the highest level in order to ensure the safety of the Indian River Shores Community.
