Brunch for Babies: An Art Event Hosted by the Painting a Better Future for Tykes & Teens Committee - CANCELLED

Tykes & Teens is thrilled to announce the Brunch for Babies event, hosted by the Painting a Better Future for Tykes & Teens Committee. The event will be held at Grand Harbor Beach Club on Friday, April 3rd at 11:30 AM. Tickets gain you admission into the event, two alcoholic beverages, and brunch. Local artists will be participating in the event by entering their artwork into the juried art show, and winners will be announced during the brunch. All artwork entered into the show will be on display during the event for guests to view and purchase. A portion of proceeds from the artwork will be donated back to Tykes & Teens for the Healthy Families program.

The Healthy Families program in Indian River County provides free, in home support to help expecting and new parents be the best they can be. Tykes & Teens family support workers are committed to helping parents learn more about child development and milestones, specific ways to stimulate infant's brain activity, childproofing and home safety, family goal setting, ways to engage in positive parent/child interaction, and community resources that parents may be eligible for. All proceeds from the Brunch for Babies event will go towards ensuring the continuation of this program.

Guests are encouraged to bring diapers to the event to help grow the Diaper Pantry that is run out of the Tykes & Teens office in Indian River County for families in need.
