2nd or 3rd Trimester: Hypnobirthing Series

We are pleased to offer this class both in person and virtually via Zoom! Choose whichever option works best for you. In person classes will be held at the Healthy Start Coalition located at 1555 Indian River Blvd, Ste B241, Vero Beach, FL 32960. Please bring a yoga mat with you to class to help with relaxation exercises.

Join us in this Hypnobirthing series where we will emphasize natural childbirth and teach self-hypnosis techniques to combat fear and pain during labor and beyond. This series will consist of 4 classes, each lasting approximately 2.5-3 hours (Classes for this month will be held on July 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th @ 6 pm). Support persons are encouraged to attend! For comfort and relaxation, please dress comfortably!!

RSVP number should include partner or support person. This RSVP is intended to register you for the entire 3-part class series.

Our Indian River County Healthy Start prenatal classes are funded and intended to serve Indian River County residents only.
