Sunrise Standup Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga with Leah

No prior Yoga or Paddleboard experience is necessary and all good swimmers are welcome, no matter the age! We recommend you wear comfortable clothes that can get wet AND an adventurous spirit. The class is held on the water behind our shop. Please pre-register and bring a signed waiver to help ensure class begins on time. Register on our website or call the shop and we'll sign you up.
