Sunday Morning Paddle Board Yoga w/ Leah

No prior Yoga or Paddle Board experience is necessary! An open mind and adventurous spirit are welcome. Wear comfortable clothes that can get wet to spend an hour on the water behind our shop with Leah practicing Vinyasa on a paddle board. Pre-register and bring a signed waiver to help ensure class begins on time.
