American Association of University Women (AAUW) Vero Beach Title IX Event

Catch up on the history and events leading up to Title IX Amendment giving girls and women equal rights in all areas of public school education. We will watch the film, "Sporting Chance," narrated by Holly Hunter. A speaker will inform us about how this amendment has been implemented and the threats it faces today.

Admission is free, but we appreciate donations of new or gently used pre-K and kindergarten books for our Young Readers Program.
