Always a fun parade for kids and spectators, the 61st Annual Halloween Parade & Costume Contest will be especially exciting this year.
This year the Children's Halloween Parade will start off the Centennial Celebratory Finale day!
The parade route is from the Vero Beach Freshman Learning Center on 19th Street, along 14th Avenue in historic downtown and ends at the Vero Beach Community Center.
