The Scottish Society holds an annual formal dinner to celebrate the Scottish Poet, Robert Burns.
This dinner is a formal ceremony which is held all over the world to pay tribute to the poet.
The ceremony includes a cermonial presentation of the haggis and a salute to the lad and lassies.
