Transformational Lecture with World Champion Freediver, Stig Severinsen

Stig Severinsen, World Record Holder and World Champion Freediver, will be in Vero Beach, Fl to give a TEDx style talk on August 18th at Costa d'Este Beach Resort and Spa.

Stig will be speaking about how his "Breatheology" method and how it brings a level of mindfulness and focus to help all people manage stress in a new way to achieve high levels of success. Stig will show how bringing your breath under control can guide us to new levels of health and happiness.

Stig is a legend in the world of freediving, but is also known around the world in the diving industry. He is also a coach to Olympic Athletes, Special Forces in the military, other freedive world champions and leaders of industry.
