Free Breast Exams and Mammograms

Helping Hands of Indian River County is offering FREE breast exams performed by medical oncologist Dr. Michaela G. Scott & Dr. Daniela Shapiro of Indian River Hematology & Oncology. Exams are available to Men or Women of any age with or without insurance. Screening mammograms will be provided at HOPE Imaging to anyone over the age of 40 under-insured and uninsured. A doctor’s order is required, and can be obtained at Indian River Hematology & Oncology once breast exam is complete. If a follow-up test is needed, counselors will be available on site.
