Presented as part of a new lecture series launched by the Sebastian Inlet District, join us to learn more about how complex coastal systems work and the decades-long partnership between Florida Tech and the Sebastian Inlet District, analyzing data for fixed wave and weather gauges to conduct sophisticated modeling to monitor and manage sand resources at Sebastian Inlet. Including the new findings confirmed in the recently released 2019 State of the Inlet report that affect the entire East Coast of Florida. Session presenters are Dr. Gary Zarillo, Florida Tech and Mr. James Gray, Executive Director of the Sebastian Inlet District. All sessions will be held in the 2nd Floor classroom at BG's Surfside Grill & Adventures at Sebastian Inlet State Park (North entrance). Sessions are free with regular park admission fees.
