Sea Sup Go's Round Island Standup Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga

Join Vero Beach Yoga Barre, Nicole Capra & Sea Sup Go at Round Island Riverside State Park for 9am Vinyasa Yoga. Wear comfortable yoga or beach clothes. Plan to arrive at Round Island Riverside by 8:45am to receive your gear before class begins. Pre-registration is required. Class includes board rental for $30. Or bring your own board to save $15. Board rental is limited so be sure to reserve your spot by calling the shop or book on our website. **No previous paddle or yoga experience required. Just an open mind and an adventurous spirit.**
