Sunset Paddle Board Yoga w/ Nicole at Sea Sup Go

End your Thursday with an hour of Vinyasa yoga and Leah on the water behind our shop. No prior yoga or paddle board experience is necessary! An open mind and adventurous spirit is welcome. Wear comfortable clothes that can get wet.

Pre-register and bring a signed waiver to help ensure class begins on time. Minimum class size is 2 people. Registration closes 24 hours prior to start time 
The class is $30 to rent a board or $15 if you bring your own.
