Countryside Family Farms Fall Festival & MAZE

The maze returns this October to Countryside Family Farms! The Fall Festival & MAZE will be open every Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 5 pm from October 2 through October 31.

This year’s theme of “Our Crew Rocks” gives a nod to the hard-working employees of both Countryside and El Sid Taqueria (which was recently recognized as one of the top 10% of restaurants WORLDWIDE by Trip Advisor based on customer reviews!), both owned by the Banack family with locations both on the farm and on Ocean Drive on Vero’s beach.

“Every year we have added attractions to enhance the outdoor experience, and this year is no different,” said Cheryl Roseland, whose family owns and operates Ed Sid and Countryside Family Farms, which also hosts a u-pick-em strawberry patch and flower patch. “New this year is a kiddie maze for the little ones, as well as a zip line.”

Introduced last year during the Family Fun Days and returning this year is the mower-go-round. Also returning are the ever-popular hayride, jumping pillow, air cannon, kiddie train rides, barnyard ball zone, rat roller, giant chess, rubber ducky races, corn hole, corn crib, giant tic tac toe, hillbilly hootenanny music station, pumpkins, ring toss, bubble stations and an old Florida nature trail. Oh, and if you have ever wanted to deface a car with graffiti, you’ll have your chance again this year! Plus the “CORNundrums” are back and strategically located throughout the maze to keep you guessing and provide a little extra incentive to explore the entire maze.

Whew! You'll definitely work up an appetite, but have no fear-- they have that covered, too! El Sid tacos, farm-made pizza, smash burgers & hot dogs, even farm fresh salad are all on the menu. Have a sweet tooth? How about key lime pie, kettle corn and cinnamon bun treats? And of course there will be plenty of beverages on hand to keep you hydrated, including fresh-squeezed lemonade.

While there you will want to visit the Country Store to check out all the goodies, and cool off with their one-of-a-kind OJ slushie layered with vanilla soft-serve. Snowballs, slushies and flavored soft-serve ice cream are also available.

You’ll want to be sure to bring your cameras and iPhones, because there are some ALL NEW photo ops for Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat….or just for your treasured family album.

Looking for a little night life and want an extra challenge? Flashlight nights return Friday and Saturday, October 29 and 30 from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm. Bring your own flashlight and explore the maze while still participating in many of the other attractions. It’s a great “date night”, too!

Admission is $15.95 plus tax if purchased at the gate. Children two and under are FREE. The Fall Festival & MAZE is open Saturdays and Sundays 10 am to 5 pm, with field trips, birthday parties and group outings available for scheduling during the week (minimum 24 people).
