Walk With Ease via Zoom Video

Starting May 13 until June 19 for about 1 hour via Zoom at noon, the health department and the IRC parks department will provide virtual walking classes proven to reduce the pain associated with Arthritis and similar conditions. If you can be on your feet for 10 minutes without increased pain, you can have success with Walk With Ease.
