Tipsy Turtle 2 Mile Run/Walk

We are celebrating the kick-off of sea turtle nesting season here on the Treasure Coast with this family-friendly beachside race for runners and walkers of all levels. This course takes participants from Sexton Plaza along an easy 2-mile stretch that brings you past beautiful shops and homes along stunning Ocean Drive. There are sweeping views of the ocean on your way to the Jaycee Park turnaround. Kids nine and younger are encouraged to join the free "hatchling dash" following the main event. A beach bash after-party and awards ceremony will be held on the beach with music, silent auction, giveaways, and more. Adult beverages will be available following the main event. All proceeds from this race will go to support the work of Coastal Connections, Inc., a Vero Beach-based non-profit that works within the community to protect coastal habitats so sea turtle populations may recover.
