Popular fundraiser benefitting The Samaritan Center which provides transitional housing for homeless families with dependent children in Indian River County.
More than 70 local restaurants prepare delicious soups.
Local volunteer potters create more than 1,000 wheel thrown bowls that are available for a small donation.
