Tipsy Turtle 2 Mile Run/Walk

There is not a more beautiful racecourse than a 2-mile fun run along the beaches of Vero Beach.

The race is scheduled for Saturday, April 16th at Sexton Plaza Beach, Mulligans, and Ocean Grill. The race begins at 8 a.m. and the route runs north from Sexton Plaza to Jaycee Park along Ocean Drive and returns back to Sexton Plaza for an awards ceremony, Beach Party! There will even be a free “Hatchling Dash” for runners under 10 years of age. We anticipate a great turn-out for this family-friendly event and Vero’s only true beachfront race, with participants ranging in ages from 10 - 70 years old.

Funds raised by Coastal Connections are used to advance our mission of protecting coastal habitats for sea turtle survival by educating and connecting people to the environment. CCinc works year-round to make our community a more sustainable place to visit and live, and improve the health of our beaches, dunes and marine life through immersive community outreach, education, activities, and ongoing programs.

Adult beverages are provided by Sailfish Brewery, Mulligans, and Schacht's Grove.
