The City of Vero Beach Recreation Dept has planned another fun Halloween Parade & Costume Contest now in its 62nd year!
Free goody bags for children up to 17 years old. Plus Costume Contest with prizes for the same age group. The Costume Contest takes place at the Community Center following the Halloween Parade.
