Jake Owen Foundation annual Fishing Classic

The Flamingo Fishing Classic benefiting the Jake Owen Foundation will be held at Riverside Café on November 24, 2024. Lines in the water at 6am.

The registration fee of $150 includes two anglers per boat. There is a cost of $50 for each additional angler beyond two.

*Registration ends November 23rd. Must register by October 18th to be guaranteed a shirt.*



Cash prizes will be awarded for each species based on length or weight.

Game fish categories are catch and release.

Snook, Trout, Redfish - prizes awarded for length
Sheepshead & Snapper - prizes awarded for weight
Measurement and weights will be discussed at a MANDATORY Captains meeting at Riverside Cafe. Captains meeting will be November 23rd from 1:00pm-3:00pm. Bags will be distributed at this meeting.

Prizes are as follows per category

1st Place: $500
2nd Place: $250
3rd Place: $100
Raffle items with all proceeds benefitting the Jake Owen Foundation.

Chance to win $10,000 in Lucky Number Match (Max 1 payout).

Participants fish at their own risk and agree to hold Riverside Café & The Jake Owen Foundation, it’s employees, event officials, sponsors, and/or their agents, harmless from any liability of any nature or kind for injuries and/or damage suffered by the Participant during the event. Each participant agrees that the decision of the event committee is final and not reviewable in any form, By, participating in this event, each participant agrees and accepts all of the rules and regulations.?All anglers?must have a signed a waiver on file prior to the event.

Participants freely grant to the Event permanent and unchangeable permission to use any photographs/videos taken during the event or awards ceremonies, in whole or in part and for any length of time, on their website or on social media, reports or gazette without pay. Photos/ videos will be used, in conjunction with other images to promote future events.
