Andres Duany will provide Charrette Orientation for the upcoming week with early summary of the day's design ideas and question & answer period.  

Here are the daytime workshops, public invited.

10:30am to noon - Budgeting & Finance
Session with City Manager, City Finance Director, and Director of Water & Sewer Administration to discuss a brief history of the site, the closure of the power plant, the closure and move of the water treatment plant, and associated fiscal implications to keep in mind going forward.


4pm to 5:30pm - Design & Development Professionals
Session with area designers & developers to discuss the early programming concepts.
