Home Instead Senior Care and Christ by the Sea Methodist Church are partnering to present a free community workshop to our friends in Vero Beach. Are you caring for an aging parent or relative with Alzheimer’s disease or another dementia? Do you want to find out more about the disease and the signs to watch for? Are you familiar with the different symptoms that can accompany Alzheimer’s disease or another dementia?

This workshop will:
• Help you recognize the cognitive and behavioral symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease or other dementias
• Offer you tips and techniques to help minimize cognitive and behavioral symptoms
• Provide you with various techniques to encourage your loved one to engage in meaningful activities
