The Source Presents a FREE and Unique Coffee House Event to Recognize Mental Health Awareness Month.
The community is invited to “Art for the Heart, Soul & Mind” at Rio Coco Café.
Sponsored by IMPACT 100, this community outreach event will introduce Mental Health First Aid, a nationwide initiative to educate the community and provide useful interventions for those emotional challenges we all face or encounter.
FREE sessions on Mental Health tips and techniques will be held at 10:30 a.m.and 12:30 p.m.
FREE Dabble in Color classes painting the whimsical & colorful “Turtle Swim” will be held at 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Please register HERE for free Dabble in Color class. Space is limited to 60 participants, so register early - it's free.
ALSO enjoy a display and sale by local artists, guitarist MJ Wicker, light refreshments and Source info and give-a-ways. All complimentary!
