Want to stay in shape and have fun doing it? We hold practice rucks on a regular basis as a fun way to stay in shape. No need to sign up ahead of time, just show up with a pack with as much or little weight as you want and some water*.

Every Wednesday at 1800 – meets at Army Recruiting Office in the Vero Bowl Plaza, Vero Beach, FL
Every Friday at 1800 – NEW LOCATION – meets at South Beach Park (Take 17th Street east till you hit the Ocean), Vero Beach, FL
Every Sunday at 1800 – meets at Riverview Park, Sebastian, FL

*Be aware we do not provide any water or other services during practice rucks so please come prepared. 1800 is Military time for 6:00pm.
