Round Island Paddleboard Yoga w/ Nicole

Join Vero Beach Yoga Barre, Nicole Capra & Sea Sup Go at 9am for Vinyasa yoga at Round Island Riverside Park. Wear comfortable yoga or beach clothes. Arrive at Round Island Riverside by 8:45am to receive your gear before class begins. Pre-registration is required. Class includes board rental for $30. Or bring your own board to save $15. Board rental is limited, reserve your spot by calling the shop or book on our website. No previous paddle or yoga experience required. Just an open mind and an adventurous spirit.
