City of Vero Beach Announces 66th Annual Halloween Parade & Costume Contest

Date: Saturday, October 31, 2026
Line-Up: 9:30 a.m.
Location: Women’s Club parking lot, 1534 21st Street
Parade Begins: 10:00 a.m.

The parade will travel east on 21st Street, then turn left onto 14th Avenue and continue to the Vero Beach Community Center, where the Costume Contest will take place.

Children ages 0–17 will also receive free Halloween goody bags while supplies last.

There is no entry fee to participate. Parade applications are available through the City of Vero Beach at www.covb.org. Applications are available for cars, floats, and walking groups.

Please note: Political organizations are not permitted to participate.

Residents and visitors are encouraged to grab their favorite costumes, decorate their rides, gather their family and friends, and join the City of Vero Beach for a morning of Halloween fun.
