ROCK YOUR VINYASA

Come try something special on April 26th 5:30-6:30pm at our studio on Cardinal. Bridget will combine her love of classic rock music with the artistic flow of Vinyasa Yoga to bring you a fun and unique experience. ALL LEVELS can expect to breathe, move, and explore to the likes of The Rolling Stones, Lynyrd Skynyrd, even Queen. Warning: hip shimmying and singing may occur (and is absolutely encouraged!). Get ready to rock your practice! All proceeds benefit Level Outreach Partner United Against Poverty. Suggested donation $15
