The Sebastian Bark Park officially opened on August 6th 2009. The park is open from dawn til' dusk daily, open to the public and admission is free. There is a public restroom, off leash play area that offers lots of romping room, grassy areas and shade trees. The park has sally-port entries to a small and large dog separate areas, handicap parking, drinking fountain, lake, benches, doggy bag stations and covered picnic tables. There is also a walking trail around the lake along with a bridge across the lake.

The Sebastian Bark Park is currently 7½ acres in size. Dogs must be healthy, sociable, current on all vaccinations and license with tags on collar, and under their owner's control at all times. Owners must clean up after their pets, and keep them leashed when not in designated off-leash areas.
