Ballet Vero Beach Returns to VBMA on February 28 for Made in America
01-12-2026On Saturday, February 28, 2026, Ballet Vero Beach returns to the Vero Beach Museum of Art for Made in America, a series of original dance works that reflect the spirit, resilience, and innovation found throughout more than a century of American art. By popular demand, the company will perform shows at 12:00 noon and 3:00 p.m.
The performances serve as a living, breathing complement to the visual experience of the nationally touring American Made: Paintings and Sculpture from the DeMell Jacobsen Collection exhibition on view at VBMA from January 31 through June 7, 2026. In their original works, Ballet Vero Beach choreographers and dancers bring movement to the themes and stories captured in paint and sculpture.
“We are delighted to return to Vero Beach Museum of Art this winter and commemorate our nation’s 250th birthday through a unique program that pairs the visual and performing arts,” shares BVB Katherine Eppink, principal dancer, director of marketing, and choreographer. “BVB’s partnership with the Museum is deeply rewarding, and we are gratified by the patrons who recognize our mutual efforts to inspire, nurture, and elevate the arts in our community."
Tickets to the performances include entrance to the Museum, so guests are encouraged to arrive early to visit the galleries or take the 2 p.m. docent-led exhibition tour before or after the show.
Tickets are $30 per show for VBMA Members and Ballet Vero Beach Subscribers and $36 for nonmembers. Register online at vbmuseum.org.
