Registration Opens August 24 for Vero Beach Museum of Art Fall Classes and Workshops

08-03-2026

No matter your skill level, Vero Beach Museum of Art (VBMA) offers art classes that will satisfy your drive for creativity. Online registration for fall term studio classes and workshops opens on August 24.

Classes begin October 5, with ten-and five-week sessions. A second set of five-week courses start on November 9. The fall term offers classes featuring painting and drawing as well as art history, contemplative arts, mixed media, and photography.

The fall term also features several workshops; one from an exhibiting artist, and others from popular instructors.

Exhibiting artist Jill Nathanson returns to the VBMA on Saturday, October 17, to lead Abstract Painting: Past, Present, Personal, an intermediate-level workshop from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Participants will learn from Nathanson’s practice in Color Field painting by exploring abstraction through color, composition, and personal expression.

Following the workshop, Nathanson will lead an Artist Walkthrough of Chromatic Phrases at 3 p.m. This event is open to the public, with separate advance registration required.
