Vero Beach Museum of Art Welcomes Ballet Vero Beach for Performances in November and February
10-12-2026The Vero Beach Museum of Art (VBMA) is thrilled to partner again with Ballet Vero Beach to bring original dance to the stage in the Leonhardt Auditorium for noon and 3 p.m. performances on both Saturday, November 14, 2026, and Saturday, February 28, 2027. The November performance is a celebration of more than a decade of collaboration between the two cultural nonprofits, and in February, it’s a nod to the American debut of Hokusai, Hiroshige, Hasui: Japanese Landscapes in Print exhibition at VBMA.
On Saturday, November 14, 2026, Ballet Vero Beach will celebrate more than ten years of innovative collaboration with VBMA through Interpretive Dance Series: A Retrospective. The two shows will highlight performances inspired and created in dialogue with the Museum’s past exhibitions.
On Saturday February 6, 2027, Ballet Vero Beach returns to VBMA with Floating Worlds in Motion. Drawing inspiration from the landscapes of Katsushika Hokusai, Utagawa Hiroshige, and Kawase Hasui, the dancers and choreographers of Ballet Vero Beach bring their serene, yet powerful visions to life.
“Ballet Vero Beach continues to be an outstanding partner to VBMA. They use the Museum’s exhibitions as inspiration for their choreography, music selections, and costumes, and the resulting performances offer audiences diverse ways to experience, explore, and interpret the art on display,” said Sara Klein, VBMA Director of Education and Visitor Experience.
Tickets for the performances include Museum admission; come early to walk the Museum and see the exhibitions. Tickets are $30 per show for VBMA Members and Ballet Vero Beach Subscribers, and $36 for nonmembers. Advance registration is required, visit vbmuseum.org to get your tickets now.
