Great Service
posted: 07/30/2025I called ORC and Alan was at my house the next day. Alan was polite and knowledgeable about the water invasion in the cement slab of my bedroom. He assessed the situation and what mitigation I had already put in placed. He answered my many questions and explained the issue and potential causes. I had already placed a dehumidifier in the room with fans. He explained that what I had in place was the correct drying method, made some recommendations and gave me a time line of when to expect to see improvements. He said they could not offer more than what I was doing and that there was no charge for the consult. I feel that this showed a sense of honesty and professionalism in not trying to sell me a service that he felt I didn't need. Thank you Alan

Bathrooms and Floor Remodel

posted: 06/02/2025Worked with Adam, Shawn and Alan to make my house whole again. They were responsive, gave me plenty of there time to explain what they were doing and finished with quality and on time. Would recommend them 100% to everyone.
