He's a Sebastian local that knows the area well and has a great deal of connections that have been beyond helpful throughout the process, including after closing. He was super easy to communicate with and was just a pleasure to work with him. Rarely is the home buying process easy, and Tyler was fast and smooth! I would definitely recommend him!

posted: 07/16/2025What I appreciated the most, Tyler's respect for me and what I wanted and needed. Being out of town for the majority of the time while listed, Tyler was always willing to "take care" of the little things that the homeowner would normally assume. He made the entire process "stress-free" for me and logged many hours with my eventual buyers to get my house under contract and to settlement. All in all, I would definitely recommend Tyler to anyone looking to list their house in today's market. BTW, today's market is very slow and he got it sold for us despite the slow-moving market. Thanks, Tyler. Maria and I really appreciate you and your team.

The sellers agent was fairly new to the game, and Tyler had to do most of the heavy lifting to get the sale over the line. I highly recommend using him.

posted: 09/08/2021Wow - Tyler went above and beyond for us! We found Tyler by happenchance on Zillow as we inquired about a property, and we couldn't have been happier about working with him. He helped us buy a property from out of state and moved the deal along insanely quickly so we could close on it due to extenuating circumstances. He is very knowledgeable about the Vero Beach area market and the nuances of real estate sales, of which ours had many. Tyler provided trusted and valued information to us, which was critical in our decision-making process. We've passed his name on to friends and family in the area, and I would highly recommend him as your realtor!
