By reservation only
Kayak the most diverse estuary in North America, the beautiful Indian River Lagoon. Wide expanses of shallow grass flats create a habitat enriched with a variety of marine life; wading birds, dolphin, manatee, and more are commonly seen. Possibly stop on one of the many islands for a stretch and further exploration on foot. Your knowledgeable guide will provide many interesting facts about the plants and animals seen on the tour. This is coastal kayaking at its best!
Or maybe you prefer to see Florida as the Indians and early pioneers saw it by taking a privileged tour of the backwaters. Spectacular scenery and a tranquility that replenishes your soul await you. Your kayak will glide silently through the cypress trees that grow in the waters of Blue Cypress Lake. Many osprey and other birds can be seen. This is where you can step out of time and become one with nature.
Or kayak the Sebastian River. This gently meandering river is a winter refuge for manatee and is home to a nice variety of wading birds, and an alligator or two!
